All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. All other cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange.

The defective or incorrectly shipped products must be returned to us at your own cost in their original condition within seven (7) days of receipt. You must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel.

We will deliver the replaced products to you, at our own cost, within seven (7) days of receipt of the defective or incorrectly shipped products provided that they have not been worn, altered or washed and all returned products must be in their original state and condition with all tags attached. In the event the products come with additional packaging such as boxes or paper bags, we will only accept returns with these packaging.

If the product ordered is not available for exchange, you will receive a credit for the price of the product which you may use in your next order with us. There shall be no cash refund under any circumstances.

Kindly note that we require the original receipt of your order in the case of replacement of products due to any losses and/or defects reported within the prescribed timeline. Report which is not supported by original receipt will not be entertained
